Dion, as fondly called by friends, believes that the most precious asset in an organization is their human resources. Information Technology asserts the relevance of an effective human resource management. Dion has been exposed in the global arena where he was employed as Business Executive Consultant of World Fair International, a British multinational firm, in Hong Kong. Dion is so expectant and hopeful to pursue, by scholarship, Post Graduate Degree in Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems in Baruch College, City University of New York, USA.
He has started the development of training modules at the age of 15 and has earnestly devoted his time in reading and research that enables him to compile and custom-build materials for seminars and training. He was once a freelance database, and object-oriented programmer, a web designer, and programmer. Yet he is now embarking on a repurposing-scheme as Informatin Exchange Entrepreneur professional.
Dion has conducted seminars in at least 80% of the entire Philippine archipelago to include having training bases in Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Malaybalay Bukidnon, Gen. Santos Cotabato City, Ozamiz City, Iligan City, Ormoc City, Dumaguete City, Tagbilaran and some Municipalities of Bohol, Jaro Ilo-ilo City, Laguna, Lucena City, Quezon City, and in Cebu and its province. In other words, he has traveled, toured, traversed, for free. Something he could be proud of to his fellow countrymen and same line he would like to convey to them.

He has received several citations and acclamations from many executives whom have attended his teachings, both in public and in-house seminars and continuous programs and quality-oriented training. He is referred to by many as the "youngest advocate on human resources and business management". Being an Information Exchange Entrepreneur (IEE), for both human resource development and computer information system, Dion constantly receives commendation and recognition for his selfless dedication for the betterment of our manpower.
